Special Considerations

The Seller agrees to provide boundary fencing to the Property (of the make and type appropriate for Special Rural allotments), to be installed at the Seller’s expense using new materials and constructed in a workmanlike manner, on or before a date no later than six months following settlement.

A purchaser shall not stock a Lot with domestic animals in excess of ten livestock units per hectare (10 Dry Sheep Equivalents = 1 average size horse) of A-class soils and otherwise five livestock units per hectare (Dry Sheep Equivalents) of land able to be cleared. In any event where the purchaser runs domestic stock, all land marked "Not to be cleared" shall be fenced to prevent land degradation and potential erosion by wind.
